Add Widgets to Lock Screen

If you are using iOS 16.2 or later, you can add a one-touch button on the lock screen to start or launch recording.

Press and hold the lock screen to get the screen shown on the left and press "Customize".

Tap "Lock Screen."

Tap the "Add Widget" section.

A window for selecting a widget to add will appear at the bottom of the screen, scroll down to find "WayLog" and tap it.

Scroll left and right to select the one you want to add from "Start Waylog" and "Record with Waylog" and tap it to add the widget to the lock screen. (*"Record in Waylog" is selected as an example.

Close the widget selection dialog and press the "Done" button in the upper right corner to complete the addition.
